What we delete
Once verified, we permanently delete or anonymize your account profile, contact details, and platform activity associated with your email address.
Legal retention
Some records (such as medical case history, payment/billing records, and fraud-prevention logs) may be retained for the period required by applicable healthcare, financial, and legal regulations, even after your request is processed.
Timeline
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
