Key responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.
• Research industries, markets, and prospective clients.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other business documents.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records and pay close attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Perform other business development and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in the sciences is preferred but not essential.
• Access to fast and reliable internet
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and communicate it effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Dedicated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability
• Recent graduate, preferably under 26 years of age.

Preferred experience

• Bachelors in Marketting, medical or scientific related field
• Not currently committed to a full-time role.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to grow professionally.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Compensation

Competitive salary of ₦150,000–₦200,000, depending on experience. A hybrid work arrangement. Exposure to meaningful projects and opportunities for professional growth. A collaborative and supportive work environment. Opportunity for confirmation into a permanent role upon successful completion of the three-month probationary period.
